Denia Rivera was so helpful! I was having trouble with my machine and she came over to help me restart the machine without losing my money and detergent. She kept the area very clean and very organized. I only go to this laundromat! It’s 10/10!

I frequent this Wash House a lot and when I am here Cristina is here always smiling, keep the establishment up and running. She has amazing customer service, she very attentive to the customers, and she has a wonderful personality. I love coming to this wash house and even though I live outside of Raleigh now I still make the trip to this Wash House

I am currently visiting the Wash House this morning because I am a massage therapist, and I don't have a washer and dryer in my house yet. So basically, I have a lot of blankets to wash. 😂 I was SUPER nervous to go to a laundromat because sometimes, I have a lot of social anxiety, and it is particularly bad today. But I have had the best experience coming in thanks to Danea! Upon entering, the whole place was very clean and orderly. I introduced myself to Danea, and she was so friendly and helpful right off the bat. She explained to me and showed me in detail how to put money on my card and how to use the machines. She was very kind patient with me. You can tell that she really cares about her job and wants the Wash House to be a welcoming place where people can come and feel safe about doing their laundry. Thank you so much for making my first laundromat experience in Raleigh a positive one, Danea!

I visited this wash house and was really impressed with how clean everything was. Denia was incredibly helpful, when I had an issue with one of the machines, she was kind, patient, and quick to assist. Great service and a spotless facility. Highly recommend!

This wash house location is very clean and well maintained. Denia’s hardwork really shows. I love the open floor plan and the availability of so many machines. Wash House uses only a fund card to power their machines and the vending machines. You’re able to add funds to your card with cash or card though using the touch screens available by the entrance. It’s a really quick and easy process. There are Wash House locations all around this area but this one is my favorite. They have long hours and are open everyday. Thank you for this safe and clean place to do laundry!

Today I knew I had a bunch of laundry today. Typically I got to a different location closer to my home, however today I decided to come to this location and I may just make this location my main spot to wash and dry all of my laundry. The attendant on site today was constantly cleaning up from trash to doing floors and wiping down the machines. This place was EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! Thanks wash house for having a clean environment
